It is studied in a sample of 60 individuals (male-25, female 35) from the ages of 16-25 year old. This study is a correlational study. Using Binge Eating Scale (J. Gormally et al. , 1982) and Perceived Stress Scale (Cohen.S.,Kamarck.T.,and Mermelstein,R.,1983), we found that there is positive significant relationship (r=0.8211 )  between Perceived Stress and Binge Eating in Myanmar. We found that there are significant differences on gender as the females have high stress level than males and the one who are at high stress level got the high level in Bing eating scale too. Keyword: Perceived Stress, Binge Eating, Gender, Myanmar.    1.   INTRODUCTION “ Perceived stress ” is the feelings or thoughts that an individual has about how much stress they are under at a given point in time or over a given time period. It includes feelings about the uncontrollability and unpredictability of one’s life, how often one has to deal w ith troubles, how much change is occurring in one’s life and self- confidence in one’s ability to deal with problems or difficulties. Depression may lead to eating disorders but there’s also evidence that eating disorders can result in depression. People with binge eating disorder are frequently overweight or obese. This can lead them to feel chronically depressed about the way they look. After ascending to an episode of binge eating, they may feel disgusted with themselves, worsening their depression. “ Binge eating ” can lead to a binge eating disorder. “ Binge eating disorder ” is a common eating disorder characterized by three key features: Frequent episodes of uncontrollable  binge eating, Feeling extremely distressed or upset during or after bingeing, unlike bulimia, there are no regular attempts to “make up” for the binges through vomiting, fasting, or over  -exercising This study is to investigate the relationship between stress and eating behaviors in a sample of 60 adolescents (16-25 ages). So, research question is that there is a relationship  between stress and binge eating disorder in college students. The main objectives of the study are: 1.   To investigate the relationship of these two variables; Stress and binge eating 2.   To explore the eating and stress level status of teenage students.
